Beneath a light post in a fenced off construction area on the northwest corner of Valmont and 28th in Boulder, Colorado. However, it is actually the start of an annual meeting between a wizard and sorcerer – preparing for some kind of ritual that only a wizard and sorcerer would know. Much better if viewed large.
