I voted for you to win as this is a really intriguing shot that makes you keep looking. For some reason, I want to look at it as if it is taken from above, probably due to the stronger colours in the front and what I perceive as miniature trees. I see us being at the top of a cliff face, looking down onto murky water – does anyone else see this or is it just me? Anyway, congrats on winning!

  • Logan Fulcher replied

Thanks Lesley for the vote and detailed comment. I love good comments. It definitely was taken from above, but I embellish my images with photoshop (some more than others.) I try to enhance the landscapeness of an image by creating a definite horizon, and sometimes by adding a ‘sun’ or ‘moon.’ Thank you very much.

Love the colours….the contrast with the deep rich green moss and the soft rosy tones are lovely. Yes, I see the ‘cliff’ idea like Lesley above.
