This painting is watercolour on paper.
I loved the abstract shape that the group of boats formed on the water.
This won First prize watercolour at the Wyong Festival of Arts 2006 and Best in Show at the Currabbubula Red Cross art prize 2007, both in Australia.

Freda, i really DO LOVE your work…. honnestly, it sounds so real and you are so gifted….! i wish i could do the same : all the work on the different boats, the reflections in the water, all the little details…..how many hours have you spent on them all ????

I spend app. four hours a day on painting. This one took about two weeks to do.
