Capsicum and crystal

This is painted in acrylic on stretched canvas.

I love to paint vegetables and fruit in glass and silver. I like the transparency of the crystal with the distorted green capsicum showing through. Also the way the light reflects off the crystal and breaks into colours on the right hand side.
