The Edison Brothers Warehouse was reconfigured as a hotel in 2000-2001 by Henmi Associates & R. G. Brinkmann Construction.
The building features a trompe l’oeil mural painted by New York artist Richard Haas. The mural depicts events from the 1904 World’s Fair, hosted by St. Louis.
It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998.
