@ Neil: Neil, originally the photo was taken at the Byron Bay Lighthouse. These two young Japanese tourists climbed out under the safety fence and onto the most easterly rock in Australia. One slip and they would have fallen hundreds of feet to their death. I will dig up the original taken from the other side and post it for you.

I love the idea behind this shot. The vastness of the sky is emphasised in the water and increases the idea of the friends enjoying nature. A great treatment.

The only word that comes to mind is AMAZING!

This is a great image….

but there was something that didn’t feel right….the light is all wrong unless you could create another sun (hmm…note to self that is a good idea…pocket sun)

Then you said that it was a composite image…and it all made sense :)

@ Daijiro: Yep the lighting is all wrong it’s a composite image and intended to look a tad surreal. The sky was duplicated and flipped. There are actually three images here. The girls on the rock and the same sky twice. Keen observation.
