My introduction to music
My Dad always said that I should show an appreciation of all music. He said with classical music that the best way of getting to know the music was to imagine characters interacting. With each other and the world that you imagine for them. It doesn’t matter if they are nonsense characters at all. You see the thing is that you get to appreciate and enjoy the music. I see dancing notes when I hear music.

I’m afraid I have to join the chorus – great shadow. Does the guy with the violin ever get worried about the guy with the camera following him around?

I just love shaddows in photography. I used to shy away from them, thinking they were bad, but if you can harness them (as you have so wonderfully done) they are so powerfull!
