Waiting at the Bridge

Every workweek evening, my wife makes the trip from Dartmouth to Halifax, picking me up at my office so we can drive home together. I imagine her view – looking north-west at the bridge – while waiting in rush-hour traffic.

Hooray, for the red, white and blue! Solid colours. I imagine it’s like partially closing your eyes and seeing this scene.

You’ve captured the feeling of the harbour in the evening quite nicely. I find the dark colours evoke the feeling of waiting in traffic quite well :-)
