The Travelers Bookcase
Every traveler has a home of his own, and he learns to appreciate it the more from his wandering.
- Charles Dickens

This picture is of our very own bookcase here at home, with little momentos collected from all around…. and tiny spaces waiting for those things not yet plucked from distant lands.
For me, that quote by Dickens is so true. I absolutely thirst to travel and explore… and yet it makes me cherish that quiet place we’ve carved out for ourselves here at home.
Sometimes the best pleasure is curling up in a chair with a cup of coffee, glancing over at the bookcase where these eclectic treasures are kept, and savoring the memories attached to each one with great leisure.
