This image speaks without words, the sound of a thousand tears of sorrows and suffering, releasing our compassion within.
Nikon D200 Lens: Nikon 70-300m
Subject was taken at St Annes Wells Garden in Hove , Sussex. This man was in true despair, as i could hear him sob, only to see him run off in the cold before I could reach him.
WOW…excellent capture…makes you think when you look at this photo!!! Either he is troubled, in deep thought, warming his ears…many thoughts can go through your mind when looking at this photo. Well done!!!
Thank you for the great comment and interesting take. He was not warming his ears, but maybe he was counting the ants in the snow hahahaha
Excellent image CJ, it’s very compelling, and everyone can put their own take on it. This is so well captured, I’m amazed at the feelings that come up for me:-)

What a sad capture. I agree with Dawn. So many thoughts and not sure which one is right or wrong. Great job.
Thank Kats, yes it is thought provoking, it really depends on a personal frame of mind, personal experiences and connection to others feelings

This is tres cool…at first glance I thought it a selective colour shot. One can definately connect with the subject:)))
Merci DFS , no it is not selective colouring, but a straight shot, bar adding a little contrast
