I saw the wispy clouds roll in and thought now that might give me a great sunset and decided to ready my gear to snap today’s sunset. I’ve been snapping from the closer Fisherman’s Wharf areas recently and thought maybe a different location and perspective would be good. So I went up to the Golden Gate Bridge, staked out a spot and began my wait. I had an image in my mind of what and how I wanted my picture, but the clouds didn’t cooperate at all. On one hand, I didn’t get the bridge sunset pic I wanted but I did get a wonderful sunset of Land’s End, which I haven’t snapped with my Canon EOS 7D sporting a EFS 18-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS lens and NO star-filter, since selling my vehicle years ago. Enjoy!
