We all know clouds come from some, any and everywhere… BUT for me, clouds come from Heaven. This must be true, to be able to give us such eye-candy that gives us thought for Life, and giving us such pleasure and beauty as we watch them. They also bring us life-giving water, and provide quick relief from the sun and its heat. Heaven is a frame of mind that gives peace of mind, encourages good positive things (unless you’re looking at a tornado forming), and can move you to tears. When I watch these sunsets in Rota, I feel the slight wind on my skin. The sound of swallows fills my ears as I try to watch them skim through the sky over and around me. The waters of the Bay of Cadiz and the Atlantic come crashing down on the sandy beach near me, or sometimes whispers to me as it softly wets the beach of the playa de la Costilla. Clouds always seem to dance in an airy blue ballroom as I watch. This is how I perceive Heaven; it’s a place on Earth where I love being.

Seen in Rota, Spain located in the Costa de la Luz. Handheld Canon EOS 40D sporting a EFS 18-135 f/3.5-5.6 IS lens created this unedited image
