Every generation since the beginning of time, life has improved for them. Now we stand at the crossroads. Our children and their children’s, children will not enjoy the wonderful opportunities that we has grown a custom to.

Worldwide we see the effects of greedy corporations and their share holders. We see great banking institutes ruin due to greed (capitalism is fine, it is what makes the world run…but not greed. Greed is the bastard step-child of the corporate world) of a few that were put in to powerful positions. Here, recently in the news is the settlement suit/agreement of WaMu (Washington Mutual) top officials, they single handily destroy what was once a great Bank in the NW. They paid themselves absorbent salaries and bonus, while knowingly miss managing the loans division. (IMHO) (covering butt here)
Now to me, this makes them no better than Bernie Madolf (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bernard_Madoff ) ….but they didn’t get jail time…their personal assets aren’t seized….what is wrong here!! And their settlement is pennies on the dollar!!
So this image of mine represents the Great Eagle, that has symbolized freedom and truth. Looking down and wondering what is going to happen to our great country when fools are allowed to run it and greedy corporate companies are allowed to run wild unchecked. This holds true for the world…not just America.
So in this GIVING time of year…let’s give the greedy Politian and corporate CEO the boot!
OO how I wish it was that simple…but we can start by voting out the Politian’s that don’t live by the working class standards…! But are getting fat and happy on our backs…..
