I need a little help with the identification of this warbler. In the fall you have birds that have lost some of their markings and you also have immature birds who haven’t gotten their markings yet. It can be a pain sometimes.

What started as a once and a while hobbie has turned into an every chance I get out passion for photography. I love the outdoors and whenever I’m out I have my camera with me. I hope you enjoy the images I have captured and thank you for visiting.

This is absolutely beautiful. Could the bird be a Yellow Warbler, my husband thinks so.

  • Thanks Vickie. I thought it might be but I got a shot of one a couple of weeks ago and it did not have it’s chest markings. It was plain old yellow. I ran into a birder that day and he thinks it may be a cape may warbler in his fall colors. Thanks again.
