I wanted to make a dark one. For now I will quit with this series. But a little voice says it won’t be the last.

    thanks one more time pal- yes i liked the bird too—i love so many styles i some times get lost in them-but i like my home to be a cross section of all art-or i,d get bored too easy—i guess you have to stick to one?way to get super at it? but that,s nor my trail-some times i make just a bunch of lines on a matt board and see if i see? anything in the lines appear some times i my self am surprised at what turns up-

    I like this one in particular – the richness of colour, the light and shadow on her belly and the beautiful rounded forms. A nude I can wholeheartedly love :)

    i like this one best i think – i love nothing more than striking contrasts and this is just wonderful – don’t quit the series – keep em coming. I am hooked on my dark portrait and tried to hold off for a while but i will be back (didn’t mean to sound like Arnie).     47 geez you look like a kid!! thank for all your very kind words sir! yup- i was once intoxicated with art--and still for an ole fart do something every day i,m not dead--my wife,s dead my lovers gone- so now i jump in bed with art- and make love all day-and she never leaves me!!-and-what a joy- the crazy some times results are-a organism better then-? you? name it have a great hooo land day and yes keep up your art too- it,s alway fun to see what you come up with next—

    yes my dad was a normandy beach but he laned on the 15th of june-he was landing on the 6th but his boat was hit with german fire blew up the back part it lost power and had to be towed back to england the he got back on another boat and laned the 15th- he was on a105 mm cannon crew he fought right up till the last day of the war- the closest he came to being killed was at the battle were he was over ran and had to leave his cannon disabled and ran to spa in belgium-half with him that day died- he was 42 age at the bludge battle an old man to be doing a young mans war- he never said one thing about what he saw-except if all could see the dead and dieing at st lo-no one would ever go to war again – i still no idea what he did or saw and thank you for all your comments have a good day

    thanks flyman-my daughter-called me and i actully seen the second one hit and i could not beleive it my self and i did this painting the next few days- as you can she she is falling over with the weight of the snake and the lines around her are like a wind from hell—and the simple is as you well know ,innocent lost—or at lest- imagined innocence-—i can remember when i was 8 years old my mom telling me as she was crying, the japs had bombed us and had killed hunderds of americans and how she cryed so bad i had the same feeling on 911-it never changes does it just new idiots-nothing new under the sun-

    yes both the kids are eye pleasers to see- the mom is exortic too-they-favor their dad-the mom has jet black hair,almost black.brown eyes—i have three generations of-GIRLS- but i love them-they all went mountaining climbing and hiking with me so they are tough!
