Anatomy of Type

Here is everything I’ve learned in my graphic design course so far. Almost everything… The tricky part is my resources have been disagreeing about what names lend themselves to what letters. Ears, for example, occur only on the lowercase g, but are also found on r, f and a, depending on what the climate is like.

Feel free to argue about this in a string of entertaining comments!

Also, if I’ve spelled anything worng, or if you know any better than I do, please let me know and I will look into fixing it.


PS: this is also an experiment in horizontal halftone! However I’ve cheated and used original image at 30% transparency as a kind of bolster… any thoughts on the output??
