Wow, powerful piece. Sometimes the random ones, straight from the heart, turn out to be the best :)
This is how I felt yesterday. Thank goodness these things pass!
flower68, 6 months ago
So glad you cheered up! And yeah I think the ones from the heart are usually the
best.thanks :-)

Pay attention to your comment boxes folks. There is a new user getting around using what I can only term a “cut and paste” method of commenting. The comments are almost always a little longer than most, and are awful attempts at flattery. You’ll recognise them because they are just plain odd.The same comment tends to go on a few works before switching to the next “cut and paste” session. The comments are frequently completely irrelevant to the artwork.Personally,I find this offensive and demeaning to both the artist and the artwork.I have pulled his person up twice on the matter, the first time they started commenting appropriately and respectfully like the rest of us,but soon went backto the cut and paste.2nd time was today, and they’re commenting appropriately again.Lets see how long it lasts.Especially since I’ve written a journal about it.BTW this person claims to have worked for a greeting card company, and supposedly as setting up a website where you can download comments to use.I said to write a journal post to gauge public reaction to that, but nothing yet…….
flower68 in reply to Blackroaches’s comment, 5 months ago
oh so this is meant to discredit me?well,I could remove all the comments and pretend you never commented above, but I think I’ll leave it here.I have nothing to hide. After I sent you a SECOND mail about your comment methods being cut and paste, you proceeded to go on a comment blitz I can only assume to prove otherwise.Think you’re clever posting my journal entry here? You just proved how stupid you are.

ok Kiwi chick…Tech college, can’t remember what it’s called over there.doing a 2yr diploma in Visual Art.Loving it madly.
JenniferB, 4 months ago
hahaha… you have no idea how long it is since I’ve been to any college! Let’s just say that I got a diploma to teach but insofar as writing and creating… I’m a naturalist, actually, I’m not even that, wikipedia just clarified the meaning of the word for me. :-0
flower68, 4 months ago
..not to be confused with a naturist..lol.
Some of the best artsts/writers are “naturalists”.

very cool
reminds me of a painting i did once with printers ink and a knife .. scrapping it .. all those lines.
she’s gorgeous :)
flower68, 4 months ago
I’m kinda blown away by the response to this.I just was really sad when I did it and just scribbled
and scratched furiously.Guess it’s just true,if you let go and just use your heart to create,it works.
thanks :-)
