Originally from the Islands of The Bahamas, Winston studied Photography at the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale (A School of Professional Studies) and at the New York Institute of Photography.
After almost two decades in the Diplomatic Service of The Bahamas, he retired as Consul General and currently shuttles between South Florida, Washington DC., and The Bahamas. Although he refers to himself as a Generalist Photographer, he has a particular passion and fondness for Flower Photography.
A former Television & Radio News Anchor with the Broadcasting Corporation of The Bahamas, he is an alumnus of The Catholic University of America, Washington DC., and the University of Miami, Florida.
