I have seen scenes like this all my life wherever I have been on a bus ride or train ride or car ride or sitting in a bus shelter etc and your wonderful Canadian renditon has brought flooding back all those memories of rainy days and twilight.
The selective focus on the glass gives us a lovely detailed image of the raindrops and dribbles and the ghostly figures and lights make for very moody imagery.
