I’m not sure about this one so I’d like your feedback, please.
These steps are located in Darling Harbour, Sydney. They are one of the many water features in the area.
It was really hard to get a good shot of them…this was the best one that I could come up with. It was a really bright and hot day so I used a polarising filter, an ND4 filter and an ND8 filter to try and get a longer exposure.
Camera: FujiFilm FinePix S7000 ISO200 f/8 1/5 sec exposure On my hands and knees getting strange looks from lots of tourists who were just prepared to stand over them and snap away..lol
There’s no explaining to the snappers why you’re doing what you’re doing, so don’t sweat it, Naomi. You’ve done a great job to capture water movement in those conditions. It looks pretty bloody good!

Love it – Sounds like a lot of work to get it too – As Mel says, leave ’em be!
Keep it up – It’s a winner
Excellent shot Naomi… well worth the strange looks from the tourists. You will have shot their photos to pieces!!!
Love the blurred water movement against the solid cubes. It has wonderful perspective and a great depth of field. Well done.
