This is an infrared shot taken at a place called Pelican. No…there weren’t any pelicans there the day I took this…!!!
The title is inspired by Moby.

A wonderous display of contrasts and such a fitting title (great track).
Once again the simplicity makes it such a striking shot to view. The tree really grabs your attention and demands to be looked at. I love the way the wall / fence is also broken (like the sky) and the background scenery is subtlely majestic against the remaining unbroken sky.
WOW!! This is stunning Naomi! You must be smiling about this one.. Love it! The composition is perfect, the colours are perfect, the light is perfect… perfect! An instant favourite!
Fantastic and surreal.
Perfect composition.
Thanks so much, Stuart. I couldn’t figure out what you meant by the “wall” – there isn’t a wall – it’s the lake – if you mean the dark line through the centre – yep, the lake gone black.
WOW, Paul – what a fabulous comment…you’ve made my evening…thank you.
Thanks so much, Mark. I appreciate the comment and visit.
