I have now discovered that the Canon450D will actually focus with the IR filter attached….imagine that! Comes in bloody handy!

I usually have a guess at first and make adjustments from that..if that doesn’t work I screw it off, compose and put it back on. I think I’m gonna have to buy a lottery ticket to win big so I can get a converted camera…lol

This is stunning Naomi.. absolutely love it! Love the simplicity and serenity and the colour is wonderful… its like someone has poured some blue dye into to the water!
Glad to hear you have worked out how to use the 450D and wouldn’t we all like to own a converted camera! Actually, I would just like to be able to get an IR photo half as good as this… or any IR photos, thinking about it!
