Beneath A Black Sky
This was taken at Swansea, Newcastle NSW, Australia. The water around this place is absolutley amazing – the most beautiful blues I have ever seen…unfortunately not so good for capturing in IR…but I managed to get the sky to turn out like the colour of the water. Honestly, that’s the colour of the water.

I was going to say…..It doesn’t look like Swansea to me…... Gorgeous shot though Gnomey…...The sky is awesome and the tree is fabulous. I love the shadow beneath it…...and I see its wack on a third too….makes the whole thing very easy to look at…not awkward at all!

Fantastic.. I love these pieces of the lones trees.. the portrait format works so well with the big dark sky.. the way the tree leans with the line of the clouds is wonderful. Great contrast between the black and white and what a gorgeous blue!
