I did drive around a bit today. I found an old house (see Down Under ) and took shots of that and then tucked around a corner under some big trees I saw this fence…A real bonus.

Looks like a winter morning right out of my childhood here on Stord Norway when we had real winters for month every year.
Now it’s different, my son is 17 and has only seen 1 of those winters so fare (and that one only lasted two weeks).
But my grandfather told me (back in the 90 when he was still alive) that it went in cycles, cos it was the same mild winters in his youth, and that the cold winters hit a peak around the late 50….here in Scandinavia anyway.
