It took a bit of work to keep the detail for the bushes without the shadows overtaking – i think it came out OK.

This is an excellent composition, Naomi! I really like the contrasts and tones in this. The polarized sky gives the sky some serious punch in black and white. And the tracks curving in and out leads the eye in so well. Superb B&W conversion. Excellent work, I really like this! Cheers! Chris
