Inspired by a trip to my grandparents’ farm at Christmas time a few years ago.
Their farm is in beautiful Mt Eccles, South Gippsland, Victoria I used to work there on my Saturdays as a teenager. Few things inspire me quite so much as watching sunset come down over the hills…
