Flimsy Robot Industries was founded by me, Jonathan Schnapp. I’m just a guy working out of a stuffy apartment in Rochester, NY. I have several unnecessary degrees in photography and I now teach art appreciation at a local university.

I love bringing my ideas to life. I love robots, rockets, cats, outer space. Things silly and random and whimsical. I’ve been an on-and-off working artist for many years now. I’ve bound books and boxes, illustrated a children’s book, made copper etchings, quilted quilts, and dabbled in photography.
