Blue Ice Hole
This is my killer image from my trip to Antarctica, or perhaps my all time favourite. Was shot whilst cruising in a zodiac boat amongst a plethora of icebergs of huge magnitudes near Peterman Island on the Antarctic Peninsula. The blue was the finest blue I have ever seen.
This image recently won a highly commended prize in the Peregrine/Nikon ‘Images of the World’ photo comp :)
Hence if you are interested in purchasing this image it is restricted to a limited edition of 25 prints and price is on application. Please contact me at stellar.fraser@gmail.com for queries.

This strongly reminds me of an abstract ice cave / penguin scene in fight club… sorry for the obscure reference… it took me ages to remember which movie I was thinking of.
Stunning image.

I agree, this is a wondeful image and the blue is fantastic. Great composition and framing. I’ve enjoyed looking through the rest of your Antarctic images too.
