Pharaoh Queen

Queen Hachepsut is legendary because she was the first female ruler in Egypt to call and treat herself as a Pharaoh.

She created a temple/tomb which was stunningly different from other temples of the day and just to bring the point home, she had statues of herself made wearing a pharaonic beard and full costume.

The angle and the texture really work together to create a lot of interest in this shot. That and the fact she was one of the most interesting of the pharoahs
