Anyone heard about his investigations into a child porn ring in Congress and 9-11 shortly before he ‘committed suicide’?!
I find it hard to believe that a man who has survived through a lifetime of psychological battering as he had, could have finally broke, surrounded with support and loving fans all over the world, and as much evil to fight as ever before, and put a shotgun in his mouth without doing in on the steps of the White House.
I like to think I have any idea of what sort of guy Thompson was, and he was going to do himself in, he’d go out in style. Maybe fill a truck with explosives and ram into CIA HQ, or Bush’s Texan ranch…I don’t know. It all seems wrong.
