This road headed due south to Lakeshore Road, and the “Waterfront Trail”, west of Port Hope..

The Waterfront Trail has been an instrumental part of Lake Ontario’s regeneration. Along it you will find a 900 km celebration of nature and culture – where peaceful countryside, small towns and big cities are linked in bringing Lake Ontario to this province’s residents and visitors, alike. Enjoy it for a day. Or make it a summer-long adventure. The Waterfront Trail will let you discover the Lake Ontario waterfront…and what it can mean to you.

The Waterfront Trail offers great hiking and cycling opportunities and thanks to Transportation Options many other opportunities are available in Ontario.

I have had a life long interest in Photography anything that moves me… as well as interests in spirituality, new to writing, the internet, and sharing my love of beauty, as I see it. I’ve owned Pentax cameras since 1969, a die hard Pentax believer!
I will be moving to new digs, 29 Dec 2011 Maple, Ontario; the basement of a house, can’t get any lower..a far cry from my lofty 22nd floor apt., of a few years ago!
