How fortunate we are to live in this country. This land was all woods, from lake Ontario to as far north as one dare go. Now, it is as you see, asphalted…. for miles and miles as everywhere else in this world… For us a far cry from 1603…. in the name of Progress… 401 at Leslie..Toronto.

This is one thing I don’t miss about Toronto! At least it looks like things were moving along…
