Character Design 01: Handcuffs
Handcuffs is a character from one of Neonica Cruz’s many stories. Neonica has been a friend of mine since the first grade and she started writing when we were grade 6.
Neonica describes Handcuffs as quiet, logic driven but does not run from a fight, prone to sarcasm when it suits it, “more of by the rules” guy but its more like “by his rules”. His laid back appearance can be deceptive and he is also a marked sharpshooter due to his enforcer training before the war…
Character was designed by me and was done hand drawn, cleaned up in Corel Paint and coloured in Photoshop.
