He flies. But he’s a bit tubby as you can see. So he flies quite close to the ground.

i love the fact that this guy is tubby, what a character. his arm gives him a mad scientist kind of look.

This is unbelievably cool. Where did this little dood get his headgear made? Nothing wrog with David Bowie in tights… I think. When you’re David Bowie you can get away with that kind of stuff. It would have broken most men.
