Drawn as a gift for this little ones birthday from a reference photo which I took. Babies are amongst my favourite portraits to draw. I love their smooth skin, sparkling eyes, few (if any) teeth, and best of all, little or no hair! I spent more time adding detail to her jumper than I normally would, and I’m really pleased with the result.
I took scans at each stage of this portrait and am creating a work in progress/tutorial which I will post here on RB soon.
