An acquaintance recently commented on my work from another forum and it reminded me how our work can touch and move others deeply, when we perhaps underestimate its power.

I just wanted to tell you that you have such a gift for what you do! Your photos and paintings are so moving. I get goosebumps looking at them and have to fight back the tears. I sent my friend, Lindsay, to look at your photos and wanted to share her response…here it is: “I found it yesterday after we talked and absolutely had to fight back tears as I was looking at her photos! What a gift she has! those calendars are amazing…kind of inspired me to pursue my interest in photography! Wow you have to tell her how amazing her work is!!!”
