I was asked recently to reflect on if and how my mental health has changed in the past few years. I used to crumble under any sort of stress. Any situation would get me worked up until i couldn’t function. My brain just couldn’t deal with anything. I’m learning new ways to deal with stress that actually let me manage to formulate thought before being overwhelmed. This is a reflection of how i used to react, and now.
