Thanks Barssel!
Have you been affected by the bushfires where you are?
Matt Bottos
Great shot! Looks almost surreal
felinemind replied
Thanks Matt! I’ve a more ‘standard’ shot to upload tomorrow … but I like this one more.
James Troi
Awesome shot, great colour and light. And yeah not your typical view of Uluru much better than the same old shot of this beautiful monolith.
felinemind replied
Thanks James! I appreciate the positive feedback.
Pamela Jayne S...
Fabulous shot!
felinemind replied
Thanks Pamela! I now have official approval to sell this piece, so feel free to spread the word …

Thanks SPQQKY! Not bad for an afterthought shot … ;-)
William Murray
Great capture of the rock from a slightly different angle. Great work :)
felinemind replied
Thanks William! I think it’s one of my favs for that very reason.

I really like this, its the side of Ularu that most of us never see. The rock itself is has many shadows and textures its almost as if its part of an oil painting. Thanks for adding your work to Australia! You’re Standing In It…
felinemind replied
Thanks for welcoming me Caroline, much appreciated. I will be adding my other images of Uluru and Kata-Tjuta soon, but I like this one the most because it is an unusual angle.
GailD
The colours & textures are great. It is one awesome sight (Uluru).
felinemind replied
Thanks so much GailD. It is pretty awesome, this solitary monolith dominating the landscape. The changing colours throughout the day are amazing.

I will never forget walking the whole way round this magnificent wonder of the world. After I’d seen pictures of it plenty of times before… nothing compared to seeing it in the flesh (I’m sure you can relate).
And walking around it was an incredible journey into culture and beauty.
It changed me somehow… the place was magical.
thanks for bringing on the memories :D
great photo!!!
felinemind replied
Thanks Pip. More than happy to share the experience through this visual medium with a kindred spirit. It is truly a magical place.
