I used a lot of layers. The shadows were a bit tricky since the birds already had shadows, but the arms, hats and instruments didn’t. I made a shadow outline in a new layer and then filled it in with the clone stamp from the original shadows. Maybe sounds complicated, but I didn’t think of any better way.

I like to photoshop animals. Mostly birds with arms, but recently I’ve been enjoying making hybrids of two or more animals and/or other non-animal stuff. That’s weird I guess, but I like it.
