it’s looking great fee, love the contrast you have at the moment.

  • Fee Dickson replied

Thanks, Deb. Unfortunately I lost the contrast shortly after i took this pohoto…why I thought it was a good idea to spash dirty water all over it I’ll never know! Now I have to work on getting it back.

As I gaze at it, I have a strong sense of winter, somewhere like Yorkshire…in the distance I see what appears to be hydro wires attached to a pole leaning over..in between is rolling fields…it’s early morning, and the light shows reflections in the pools of wet…I guess every viewer will see something different…

  • Fee Dickson replied

I like your interpretation :) My reference photos were of water on sand in sunset, by I like that it evolved beyond that.

  • Colin Cartwright

    Colin Cartwright

Atmospheric landscape abstract. Reminiscent of Turner, towards the end of his life in old age.
I like the tumultuous waves and spray, at the horizon.

  • Fee Dickson replied

Can’t get better than Turner at the end of his life in my opinion – THANK YOU, Colin!

It’s like looking down a countryside road/pathway after major tumoltuous wind and rain has drenched the landscape. Wonderful expressive piece of work.
