A weary old eucalypt stands guard over a dry and deserted plot.
This flat and arid semi-rural area lies in the rain shadow created by the Otway Ranges, and is one of the driest parts of Victoria. It is also an area made famous in the original “Mad Max” film. Driving around this area one can still find many of the locations used in this iconic Australian movie.
