Along the shores of Burleigh Falls, the ice has heaved up and shifted and melted, creating surreal and beautiful formations around the shoreline and amongst the rocks. These “three birds” were found under an ice cave that had formed, which I crawled up to on my belly, out over the water and rocks…to avoid going through the ice and into the water.

Almost went through the ice yesterday, hope you had someone holding onto the rope that you should of had around your waist. We do have a risky occupation… Wonderful capture as always and a keen eye…Jules

  • lol…um…no rope, no one holding me, but the water was only a few feet deep inder me, so …I would have been soaked and frozen but I could have at least stood up!
I’m glad that you did not go through Jules!! Yes, we tend to get recklesss at times for a shot, don’t we? :]

    Thank you very much!! :p
