Born in 1957 in a mining village of Sardinia, he graduated in Philosophy at the University of Genoa, where he also attends courses of Sanskrit and Indian Literature; follows classes of Aesthetic and History of the Far Oriental Art. He analyzes themes of the Far East; of the Ch’an and Zen School. He learns by self teach the use of oil painting ad joins his first collective expositions. In 1987, in Martina Franca, he takes part in the performance “La parola, la forma”, organized by the poet Michelangelo Zizzi. In June 2007, after a long period of inactivity he exposes at the LineaDarte Gallery of Naples and at the LivinGallery of Lecce, the drawings he realized during the last five years, in which he recomposes the view of a lonesome childhood in fragments.
