After photography took a back seat to work and a new exercise program I have dug the camera out this week and popped down to the lake to capture some sunsets.

Yesterday I woke to 5000 views on my Summer Storm over Swansea Heads shot on flickr up from 60 when I went to bed.

The Bloody Flu
For 3 weeks now I have been laid up with this flu that has hit Australia.
They are calling it The Pilgrim Flu as they think the WYD pilgrims brought a new strain in that we aren’t used to.
I thought I would just have a day or two off work to get through the body aches and the headache.
I ended up off work almost 2 weeks and was sleeping up to 20 hours a day. It flawed me. 3 weeks on I still …
Red Bubble cards
I purchased a few cards (9) the other week and they arrived on Tuesday.
I am very impressed with the quality of the print.
As an amateur photographer it was very exciting seeing them as a card and thinking wow I did that.
The one of the waterfall was the best followed by the lighthouse at dusk and the cathedral.
There are so many people like me out there that just put there photos on sites like…
Kicked off Flickr
Yesterday afternoon was looking at the Newcastle group on Flickr clicked on the link to the Australian Photographers group and it came up a sign in page. Signed in and it asked me to select a name. Went back to the newcastle group and all the topics I has started had [deleted] next to my name.

A lot better today
Today is a lot better than the last few, the rain has cleared and we have a lovely blue sky and it has hit the high teens so no jumper needed today YAHOO.
