Rainbow of "Pastels" #1

I saw something that bothered me, when I was looking in the buyers booth. The “Rainbow” Cosmos was not in a good format to cover the card face. I hate to see that…. Well, I have looked for the original….but can’t find it as yet. I found 2 other versions, and will put them up, just for hearing your thoughts. This was the same shoot as the other, just another view… Hope you will tell me what you think, when you compare these to the first one. Thank you, if it were not for your advice, I would not learn. :) X

Beautiful photo. Love the way one flower is in focus and the others are very softly blurred. The application of the pastel colours is very well done.

I like both images. THis one is lighter and would be good for any note card or womens birthday card or jsut a note card the. The other one would do the same, but it seems just a little more sad, almost as if you might want to use it for a sympathy card. Both images are good. You have a knack with the flowers.

That’s what I wanted to know. I had a hard time with the b/g on the original, and had to think long and hard, what to do with it. Used layering…etc. and finally got a version that was OK.. And at least it will cover a card! Pity the other one did not. My fault..
