RABARI NOMAD - KUTCH by

One of the last truly nomadic peoples left on earth, the Rabaris can be seen traveling the back roads all over Northwest India They move from place to place with their camels, goats, beds, pots and pans. The women favor black attire. The men dress completely in white. This man was photographed in Kutch, a remote desert area in far western Gujarat State, India. He’s led a long and hard life.

Very nice portrait. I imagine him to be tough as nails. Looks like he might have survived a hard scrape or two as well.
