RECUMBENT GIRAFFE
A Reticulated Giraffe settles down to graze in the late afternoon. This most elegant of giraffe species is limited to a few small areas of Northern Kenya and Southern Ethiopia.

Thanks, Ape – I got lucky with this one. Perfect soft, late afternoon light. It was taken in 2001 with the first commercially available 5 – megapixel digital camera, a Sony 707 – still the sharpest I have ever used. Regards – MS
