VILLAGE EYES - BANGLADESH
These children are astounded by the sight of two western people in their village. The village is located not too far from the teeming capital, Dhaka, but I got the impression that these kids had had very little contact with the outside world – no electricity, no television, no newspaper..but plenty of curiosity.

Great experience I’m sure.. reminds me of a time in Indonesia when I was asked to pose for a photo with about 30 kids from an all-girl orphanage :)

- thanks for uploading this one -I probably have 20-30 of the same subject (not taken nearly as well though)- I worked fixing water wells in villages and mostly at schools and everytime we would get out of the car/truck we would be surrounded by kids -most times it was difficult to work as they were so curious- I would take a bag full of balloons with me and show them how to blow them up and that would usually keep most of them busy while we got our work done -very happy that you were able to see the folks and get a good impression of them—daveDavid Clark
