But for your sidebar I never would have guessed this was a candid (well, knowing your shooting philosophy I knew) :) How incredibly remarkable. Her entire persona exudes detachment, perhaps peace though that I am less certain of that. I don’t know how to put this, but the tonal range hee (as with all your work) seems to create a dimensionality, and are in all respects so pleasing to the eye. The cropping of course is perfect, and I love that aside from the little girl only two pairs of pants show detail – a nice aspect. Even the folds in the trousers are a visually appealing element. But the star of course is this almost other-worldly little girl. A bravura capture by any standard.
Thanks Kevin for your splendid words. She probably has a lot affinity with her Chinese fellowmen…when you look careful she even has make-up like chinese…which i saw later when reworking it…thanks again Kevin…you made my evening :)

This is a really beautiful capture .. I love how it is composed with all the legs around her and yet she has created space .. beautiful tones too, they really add to the serenity of this image.
