This little abandoned house plus caravan and boat sits in an idyllic spot just at the edge of Mill Bay on Inch Island in Donegal. I can see myself sitting in front of a roaring turf fire, watching the waves hit the shoreline and the mist covering the surrounding hills in June and July of any Irish summer. Maybe I should start an enterprise for all interested Red Bubblers who would like to own a little bit of the old country on a time share basis. I would offer my services as the resident tour guide and Guinness finder. I would not expect to remain in the house while guests were present but I would be happy to sleep outside in the garden, keeping a discreet distance but always being there if a bit of craic is required. I am sure that this little bijou residence will only appeal to the discerning few.
